Jean C. (Cashman) Wisler, 97, formerly of East Berlin, died Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at The Brethren Home Community. She was the wife of the late John R. Wisler, her husband of 68 years, who died January 19, 2015.
Jean was born May 31, 1920, in New Oxford, the daughter of the late Charles and Zora (Guise) Cashman.
Jean was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in East Berlin, Order of The Eastern Star, Conewago Chapter #562, East Berlin V.F.W. Post #8896 Ladies Auxiliary, and AARP Chapter #669, Hanover.
Jean is survived by two daughters, Susan J. Caler and Gail K. Mummert, both of Hanover, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a brother, Fred Cashman of New Oxford. She was predeceased by a sister, Gladys Leinart, and a brother, Charles Cashman, Jr.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017, at 11 AM at East Berlin Union Cemetery, with her pastor, Rev. George B. Scott officiating.
