Deborah Montano

Manager, Licensed Funeral Director

Deborah found her calling while working as a corrections officer in GA. After years of pursuing her career and volunteering, she attended and ultimately graduated from Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA with her Associates Degree in Mortuary Science. She served her internship in Clearfield, PA before moving to Lancaster, PA in 2015 where over the past 10 years she has served families throughout Dauphin and Lancaster County. Deborah moved to Adams County in March 2026 to manage Feiser Funeral & Cremation Care in both New Oxford and East Berlin.

Deborah's biggest inspiration is her daughter, Elycia, who will graduate college in 2027 with a BS in Biochemistry. She Enjoys reading, thrifting, bible study and volunteering. She and her daughter are active members of Middle Creek Search & Rescue in Ephrata, PA.

Deborah's belief is that being able to help and connect with a grieving family during one of the hardest times in their lives is a gift that she can give not only to them, but serves as a final act of compassion to their loved one.

Ken Cheney brings 20 plus years of experience to serve the central PA area. Ken has a passion for funeral service. Families deserve to celebrate their loved ones. Ken looks for tasteful and respectful ways to share in the celebration of the human condition. When not in the office Ken can be found on the banks of a river or lake looking to land that next “Big” fish story. Ken is a kid at heart. He loves American football, Disney, and spending time with the Family.

Jeanenne Boyer

Office Manager

Jeanenne Boyer brings a strong blend of family values, community commitment, and professional experience to her role at Feiser Funeral Home. She has been married for 25 years to Larry Boyer, coowner of the multigenerational family farm, Donald Boyer and Sons, where she has long supported the traditions and operations that define the Boyer family legacy. Eva is the proud mother of three and grandmother to five granddaughters, a role she considers one of her greatest joys. Before entering the funeral profession, she spent 27 years in the medical field, earning a reputation for compassion, steadiness, and exceptional care — qualities she continues to offer the Feiser Funeral Home families she serves today.
