Marty and staff,

I am writing to thank you for the excellent care of my great-grandmother, Lois Rowe. I also thank you all for the excellent care of my mother, Debra Steward, in April 2020. Thank you for making the process simple and easy for both of them.

Thank you to Marty and his team for their support and guidance in the planning of my mother's (Lynn Steffens) service. During such a difficult time, you helped us navigate the nuances of planning a service and honoring a loved one. When we thought there was a chance she would pass away out of state, your team talked us through what the process would be to get her back to Pennsylvania. We can't thank you enough for your compassion.

We can't thank Marty and the staff at Feiser Funeral Home enough for their service and compassion during the difficult time in the death of our dear brother Jeffrey Moore. Their kindness went above and beyond with dignity and respect. We appreciate all you did for us.

We would like to thank everyone at Feiser for your compassion and professionalism during this difficult time. You were patient and extremely helpful as you were whenever my father passed away seventeen years ago.
