Ronald Staub Obituary

Ronald J. Staub, 73, passed Thursday, May 26, 2022, at his home.  He was the husband of Lilia (Parra) Staub, his wife of 18 years.

Ron was born December 11, 1948, in Gettysburg, the son of the late John A. and Dorothy M. (Smith) Staub.

Ron was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Oxford, New Oxford Social & Athletic Club, and he was an avid racing fan.  He served in the U.S. Army, and was Vice President/General Manager at SAY Plastics.

In addition to his wife Lilia, Ron is survived by his step children, Elizabeth Zumaran of CT, Carlos Zumaran of White Plains, NY, and Alvaro Zumaran of China, four step grandchildren, Abigail, Gabriella, Giancarlo and Christopher, three brothers, David M. Staub and Jeffrey L. Staub, both of FL, and William F. Staub of East Berlin, and a sister, Kathy A. Huggard of Lititz.

Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 11 AM, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 106 Carlisle St, New Oxford, with Rev. Keith Carroll officiating. Burial will be private.  The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10 AM until the time of mass.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church or to VNA/Hospice, 440 N. Madison St, Hanover, PA 17331.  Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, is in charge of arrangements.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
