Richard E. "Dick" Myers

Richard E. “Dick” Myers, 88, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021, at The Brethren Home Community.  He was the husband of the late Gloria B. (Goulden) Myers, his wife of 66 years, who died March 4, 2020.

Dick was born May, 12, 1932, in Wellsville, the son of the late Ralph H. and Marie (Krone) Myers.

Dick was a member of Paradise “Holtzschwamm” Lutheran Church, and served in the U.S. Army.  He was a real estate broker and member of the York County Board of Realtors. 

Dick is survived by a daughter, Sharon E. Myers and her husband Michael of East Berlin, two sons, David S. Myers and his wife Sheila, and Timothy A. Myers and his wife Lisa, all of East Berlin, five granddaughters, Carley Myers, Alexandria Russell, Devon Kolomick, Nicole Harnish, and Amanda Hockensmith, six great grandchildren, and a brother, Kenneth Myers.

A celebration of Dick’s life will be held when the pandemic allows gatherings.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Paradise “Holtzschwamm” Lutheran Church, 3241 Church Rd, Thomasville, PA 17364.  The family is requesting that you submit memories and pictures to them at smyers@cgalaw.com, or they can be dropped off or mailed to CGA, 106 Harrisburg St, PO Box 106, East Berlin.  Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 306 Harrisburg St, East Berlin, is in charge of arrangements.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
