William J. Kelly, III, 76, passed Thursday, June 24, 2021, at his home.  He was the husband of Deborah A. (DePaola) Kelly, his wife of 34 years.

Bill was born February 25, 1945, in Yuma, AZ, the son of the late William J. and Peggy L. (Dailey) Kelly, Jr.

Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, and was a member of the New Oxford Social & Athletic Club, York Adams Gun Club, and Greensprings Rod and Gun Club.  He was an avid outdoorsman and reader.
