William W. Dell, 83, passed Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation in Carlisle.

Bill was born July 18, 1938, in Hanover, the son of the late Lavaigne and Evelyn (Bender) Dell.

Bill retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Staff SGT, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  He loved his family, treasure hunting, fishing, coin collecting, wrestling, and bowling, having played in many bowling leagues.

Bill is survived by two daughters, Sharon A. Pechart and her husband Jay, and Carolyn M. Jackson and her husband James, all of Carlisle, seven grandchildren, Tony, Jason, Erik, Amber, Kyle, Cody and Jesse, ten great grandchildren, Kieran, Quinn, Taylor, Daren, Alijah, Amelia, Bennett, Quenton, Hailee and Khloe, a great great grandson, Cameron, and his best friend, Joan Sanders.

A viewing will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022, from 6-8 PM at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, NewOxford.  Burial will be private.  Memorial contributions may be made to any SPCA or Humane Society.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
