Virginia M. (Lilley) Steenstra, 96, died Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at The Brethren Home Community.  She was the wife of the late Norman R. Steenstra, her husband of 68 years, who died May 15, 2009.

Virginia was born October 2, 1921, in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of the late Clifford L. and Daisy V. (Ball) Lilley.

Virginia was a member of The Daughters of the American Revolution, and the U.S. Marine Corps Woman's Auxiliary.

Virginia is survived by two daughters, Laurel L. Roberts and her husband Scott of York, and Carole L. Dykhouse and her husband Larry of Midland Park, NJ, two sons, Norman R. Steenstra, Jr, and his wife Beverly of Charleston, WV, and Robert W. Steenstra and his wife Diane of East Berlin, 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and a sister, Marilyn Normali, of Parma, OH.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Sherrill L. Lieuwen, and a grandson, Zachary Steenstra.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at 11 AM, at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Rev. Dr. Lenny Luchetti officiating.  Burial will be in New Oxford Cemetery.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund of The Brethren Home Community, 2990 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford, PA  17350.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
