Vicky L. (Baughman) Witmer, 71, passed Saturday, October 11, 2025.  She was the wife of Randy S. Witmer, her husband of 29 years.

Vicky was born April 16, 1954, in Carlisle, the daughter of the late Melvin F. and Verna L. (Jury) Baughman.

Vicky loved spending time with her family and being at Cedar Lake Campground.  She enjoyed nature, hummingbirds, The Beatles, and driving school bus.

In addition to her husband Randy, Vicky is survived by her children; Jeff L. Hawley and his wife Patsy of Dillsburg, Tami L. Conner and her husband Gage of Dover, and Melody S. Witmer of East Berlin, four grandchildren, and a sister, Sandra L. Baughman of East Berlin.

Funeral services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325.  Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 306 Harrisburg St, East Berlin, is in charge of arrangements.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
