Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tina M. (Rickrode) Hagarman, on Thursday, November 20, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Timothy O. Hagarman, her husband of 26 years.

Tina was born February 12, 1965, in Hanover, the daughter of the late Mark L. and Doris M. (Bentzel) Rickrode.

Tina was a loving wife, mother, sister, teacher, and friend to many. She was a 1983 graduate of New Oxford High School, 1987 graduate of Towson University, received her master's degree in business from York College, and her master's degree in library science from McDaniel College. Tina was a member of Grace U.C.C. on Fourth St. in Hanover, where she taught Sunday School for many years. She was a proud member of the Maverick Comet Club International and enjoyed driving her '72 Ford Maverick. She was a devoted educator and was the librarian at Baresville Elementary School in the South West School District, also spending many years in the Conewago Valley and Chambersburg School Districts. She loved teaching and dedicated her later years to this passion, while supporting her children and their various extracurricular activities. Prior to becoming a school teacher, she worked at The Bon-Ton as a retail manager in Hanover and in the corporate marketing department in York. Tina was an avid racing fan, bowler, and loved '80s rock music, always listening to Hair Nation and attending concerts. The beach was her happy place, spending time at Wildwood during college. She had hopes of opening a museum, Cruisin Back in Time, with her brother, Mark, to remember the best of the past and the history of racing and advertising.

In addition to her husband Tim, Tina is survived by her two precious sons, Wesley A. Hagarman and Vance M. Hagarman both of Hanover, and two brothers, Scott Rickrode and Travis Rickrode, both of Hanover. She was predeceased by her brother, Mark L. Rickrode, Jr.
