Susie Ann Dutterer, age 54, of East Berlin, Pennsylvania, passed peacefully at home on April 11, 2026. She was the wife of the Wayne E. Dutterer, Jr, to whom she was married for 7 years.

Born January 3, 1972, in York, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late H. Louise and Claude F. Heflin, Sr, she graduated from Spring Grove High School. In addition to her husband, Wayne E. Dutterer, Jr, Sue is survived by her son, Brandin Schrum; two grandchildren, Brian Schrum, Elliott Schrum; a sister, Sylvia Sandlin; five nephews and three nieces. She was predeceased in death by her sisters, Brenda L. Heflin, Cindy L. Diggs, and brother Claude F. Heflin, Jr.

Sue loved her puppy Applejack, racing, SXS riding, car shows, laser work and volunteering her time with the fire company and community. She enjoyed watching HGTV and loved watching home makeover shows to add to her “honey-do list”.

Sue’s greatest joy was spending time with her beloved family and extended family. She worked for IVRI where she loved working hands on with her customers. Sue will be deeply missed, and her memory and love will be carried on by her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Susie’s Memorial Service at Feiser Funeral and Cremation Care, 306 Harrisburg St. East Berlin, PA 17316 on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
