Shirley L. (Curry) Jacoby, 78, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at Gettysburg Hospital.

Shirley was born September 4, 1939, in Hanover, the daughter of the late William E. and Virgie P. (Markle) Curry.

Shirley retired from Knouse Foods (Peach Glenn) in York Springs, where she was a seasonal worker.

Shirley is survived by two daughters, Vivian L. Potts of East Berlin, and Yvonne L. Bosserman of Abbottstown, two sons, Leroy J. Jacoby of Hanover and Gregory L. Jacoby of New Oxford, eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, two brothers, Larry Curry of New Oxford, and Michael Curry of Spring Grove, and seven sisters, Linda McMaster of York, Ruth Leiphart of Wrightsville, Cindy Eller of Abbottstown, Gloria Miller of Littlestown, Evelyn Harner of Spring Grove, Christine Hess of New Oxford, and Judy Rohrbaugh of Hanover.  She was predeceased by a son, George D. Jacoby, Jr and a daughter, Theresa A. Potts.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 10:30 AM, at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Rev. John Goff officiating.  Burial will be in Mummert's Church Cemetery in Abbottstown.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 PM.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
