Shirley J. (Weaver) Crawford, 84, passed Thursday, August 21, 2025, at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Donald E. "Pickle" Crawford, who passed September 4, 1983.

Shirley was born August 31, 1940, in Hanover, the daughter of the late Clyde and Claudine (Eaton) Weaver.

Shirley was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Abbottstown, Hanover YMCA and Abbottstown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, and she was employed by Conewago Valley School District for 30 years.

Shirley is survived by two daughters; Dawn R. Crawford of Gettysburg, and Tracy L. Marshall and her husband David of Thomasville, two grandchildren; Cortney P. Marhsall and Colin D. Marshall and his wife Erin, a sister, Barbara Laughman and her husband Robert of New Oxford, a brother, John Weaver and his wife Monica of Hanover, and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a sister, Juanita Spahr and her husband George.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 11 AM, at St John's Lutheran Church, 100 E. Water St, Abbottstown, with her pastor, Rev. Shawn Berkebile officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  There will be no viewing, however, the family will receive friends on Monday from 6-8 PM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 306 Harrisburg St, East Berlin and again on Tuesday at the church from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, the American Cancer Society, 2111 N.
