Samuel E. Starner, 83, of New Oxford, passed Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Country Meadows of West York. He was the husband of the late Eileen M. (Lory) Starner who died on February 1, 1988.

Samuel was born September 17, 1941 in Hanover, the son of the late Melvin and Mary (Davis) Starner.

Samuel enjoyed working in his garden.

Samuel is survived by two sons, Troy E, Starner and his wife Brenda, and Michael L. Starner, both of New Oxford, five grandchildren, Kara, Colby, Ryan, Derek, and Shane, and one great granddaughter, Ilah. He was predeceased by a sister, Patsy Baker, a brother, Melvin E. Starner, and a daughter-in-law, Melanie L. Starner.
