Roy F. Myers, 91, passed Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at Homewood at Plum Creek.  He was the husband of the late Jeanne E. (Kuykendall) Myers, who passed July 18, 2018.

Roy was born October 29, 1931, in Thomasville, the son of the late Robert F. and Maple E. (Roland) Myers.

Roy served as a Sgt in the U.S. Army Reserve, and was a member of New Oxford Social & Athletic Club.

Roy is survived by his children, Debra M. Myers of New Oxford, Terri A. DeShong and her husband Michael of New Oxford, Steven F. Myers and his wife Becky of York New Salem, Ricky R. Myers and his wife Ann of New Oxford, and Jody J. Myers, six grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and two brothers, Robert Myers of Abbottstown, and Glenn Myers of New Oxford.  He was predeceased by two brothers, Fred and Larry Myers, and two sisters, Nadine Hertzel and Treva Berwager.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 10 AM, at New Oxford Cemetery, 4971 York Rd, New Oxford, with Rev. Douglas C. Hahn officiating.  Military honors will be provided by Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard.  Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.  Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, is in charge of arrangements.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
