Rose A. (Topper) Carpenter, 67, passed Monday, June 3, 2024, at UPMC Hanover Hospital.  She was the wife of Jeffrey A. Carpenter, her husband of 48 years.

Rose was born January 21, 1957, in Hanover, the daughter of the late Charles and Lillian (Hockensmith) Topper.

In addition to her husband Jeff, Rose is survived by two sons, Jeffrey A. Carpenter, Jr and his wife Paula of East Berlin, and Michael C. Carpenter of New Oxford, and six grandchildren, Brock, Tyson, Savannah, Autumn, Juel and Caleb.

A viewing will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 6-8 PM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.  Burial will be private.  Memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 6084 W.
