Roger D. Waugh, 76, of East Berlin, passed Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at his home. He was the husband of Peggy Jo (McBee) Waugh, his wife of 53 years, who passed September 25, 2022.

Roger was born February 2, 1947, in Berkeley Springs, WV, the son of the late Charles R. and Audrey C. (Iden) Waugh.

Roger worked for Recon Construction Co, York, as a heavy equipment mechanic for many years. Roger served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. His passion was collecting Lionel trains. Roger enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting.

Roger is survived by three sons. Randy D. Waugh, Brian D. Waugh, and David A. Waugh, all of East Berlin, a daughter, Amanda Waugh-Davis of Crestview, FL, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Michael Waugh.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 10 AM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 306 Harrisburg St. East Berlin. Burial will be in Red Run Cemetery, East Berlin.
