Ricky A. Hare, 57, passed Monday, August 5, 2024, in Pella, IA, while attending the Knoxville Nationals.  He was the husband of Annette M. (Sipling) Hare, his wife of 33 years.

Ricky was born September 5, 1966, in Hanover, the son of the late Larry E. Hare.

Ricky was an avid sprint car racing fan, and was employed at Sheppard's for more than 35 years.  He loved spending time with his family, and was a member of McSherrystown Moose, New Oxford Social & Athletic Club, and McSherrystown Home Association.

In addition to his wife Annette, Ricky is survived by a son, Trey A. Hare of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, a daughter, Tessa M. Hare of Abbottstown, his mother-in-law, Karen Flickinger of East Berlin, two brothers-in-law, Kenny Sipling of East Berlin, and Brian Sipling and his wife Misty of Lewisberry, and a niece, Megan Sipling of Lewisberry.

Following cremation, a visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 6-8 PM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.  Memorial contributions may be made to York County SPCA, 3159 Susquehanna Trail North, York, PA 17406 or the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
