Richard “Rick” Burnell Storm, 74, of York Springs, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, June 14, 2026 under hospice care.

He was the son of the late Martin V. Storm and Emma Hartlaub Storm,

Rick was retired from RH Shepherd in Hanover PA. Rick love to hunt, fish, and restore, classic automobiles. He also belonged to the McSherry’s town fishing game.

He survived by his son, Andrew Storm, husband of Melanie and grandson, Marshall Storm, all of East Berlin; sisters, Janet Arnett and Marie Pendley (Richard); brother Marty Storm (Cathy) and many nieces and nephews who loved their uncle Rick. In addition to his parents, Rick was proceeded in death by his brother, Ken Storm (Cindy).

In keeping with Rick’s wishes, there will be no services.
