Richard “Rick” Burnell Storm, 74, of York Springs, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, June 14, 2026 under hospice care.

He was the son of the late Martin V. Storm and Emma Hartlaub Storm,

Rick was retired from RH Sheppherd in Hanover PA. Rick lived to hunt, fish, and restore classic automobiles. 

He survived by his son, Andrew Storm, husband of Melanie and grandson, Marshall Storm, all of East Berlin; sisters, Janet Arnett and Marie Penley (Richard); brother Marty Storm (Cathy) and many nieces and nephews who loved their uncle Rick. In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his brother, Ken Storm (Cindy).

In keeping with Rick’s wishes, there will be no services.
