Ralph F. "Buzz" Roomsburg, 85, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017, at the Hanover Hospital. He was the husband of the late Gladys E. (Gohn) Roomsburg, who died on March 26, 1983.

Buzz was born February 14, 1932, in Ridgeley, WV, the son of the late Thomas E. and Amy Belle (Combs) Roomsburg.

Buzz served in the U.S. Army just after the Korean War. He was a life member of the V.F.W., Garden Post #1690, Lancaster. Buzz retired from Motter Printing Co. in York.

Buzz is survived by a daughter, Vicki Blauser of Hanover, one granddaughter, Jennifer Myers-Pettis of Westminster, MD, one grandson, Robert H. Myers of Abbottstown, four great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, a brother, Harold L. Roomsburg of Dillsburg, a sister, Phyllis Hull of New Oxford, numerous nieces and nephews and a companion, Betty Wallace of Kansas. He was predeceased by a sister, Marie Zembower, six brothers, Gordon Roomsburg, Thomas Roomsburg, Donald Roomsburg, twin brothers; Rob and Bill Roomsburg, Earl Roomsburg and a great grandson, Ryan Eric Myers.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford with Rev. Elizabeth George officiating. Burial will be at the St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Abbottstown. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Friday from 9 AM until the time of service.
