Raford H. Felts, 64, died Monday, April 23, 2018, at University of Maryland Medical Center.  He was the husband of Dawn M. (Hoch) Felts, his wife of 24 years.

Raford was born January 9, 1954, in North Wilkesboro, NC, the son of the late James G. and Lela M. (Sebastian) Felts.

Raford was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in New Oxford, a 1972 graduate of New Oxford High School, and a member of the NRA.  He was a devoted family man and grandfather.

In addition to his wife Dawn, Raford is survived by six daughters, Christina Walls of York Springs, Katrina Grdich and Angela Felts of Dover, Stephanie Woodcock of York, Lela Felts of York Springs, and Abbie Dehoff of Hanover, 16 grandchildren, a brother, W. George Felts of York Springs, and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a son, Raford J. Felts.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018, at 10 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1170 Kohler Mill Rd, New Oxford, with Bishop Leonard Loski officiating.  Burial will be in the Pines Church Cemetery in New Oxford.  A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 9 AM until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN  38105.  Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, is in charge of arrangements.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
