Priscilla S. Shaw, 77, passed Saturday, March 1, 2025, at UPMC Hanover Hospital.  She was the wife of Edgar F. Shaw, her husband of 49 years.

Priscilla was born April 30, 1947, in Washington, D.C., the daughter of the late Howard H. and Anna B. (Laird) Sheppe.

Priscilla was a 1965 graduate of Montgomery Blair High School and attended and graduate from Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, WV.  After college, Priscilla was an elementary school teacher before working for the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in the Bureau of Forestry until her retirement in 2007, and was a member of Red Mount U.M. Church in East Berlin.  She volunteered for many years at The Brethren Home Community in New Oxford, enjoyed painting ceramics and other arts and crafts, and was a friend of Smokey Bear, collecting Boyd's Bears and Byer's Choice Dolls.

In addition to her husband Edgar, Priscilla is survived by two sons, Michael A. Shaw of Mechanicsburg, and Jason A. Shaw and his wife Lexie of Norfolk, VA, a granddaughter, Lyla A. Shaw of Norfolk, VA, and a brother, Wayne H. Sheppe of Silver Spring, MD, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 11 AM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 306 Harrisburg St, East Berlin, with Rev. Angie Nett officiating.  There will be no viewing, however, the family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to UPMC Hanover Hospital.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
