Mindy C. Knox

Mindy C. Knox, 47, passed peacefully at her home on Sunday, January 22, 2017, with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Michael E. Sunday, her partner and husband for 30 years.
Mindy was born August 1, 1969 in York, the daughter of Raeanne (Gladfelter) Stump of New Oxford, and Jeffrey and Vickie Stump of York.
Mindy raised peafowl and was an active participant on the Peafowl Forum. She loved animals and gardening, and was employed by Community Service Group for 20 years, where she was a supervisor of a group home.
In addition to her parents and husband Mike, Mindy is survived by a son, Dylan M. Sunday of New Oxford; and a sister, Marcy B. Jennings and her husband; AJ of North Laurel, MD.
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111 or to the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
