Marlin J. Householder, 87, of East Berlin, died Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the York Hospital. He was the husband of Roberta Eleanor (Shank) Householder.

Marlin was born May 22, 1930 in York Haven, the son of the late Harry R. and Mabel E. (Walker) Householder.

Marlin regularly attended Cavalry Baptist Church in York. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving with the U.S. Navy. Marlin worked for the R.R. Donnelley Co., Lancaster, and retired in 1991.

In addition to his wife Roberta, Marlin is survived by a step son, Gerald A. Shank of New Oxford, two daughters; Terry L. Hundley of York and Sherry A. Householder of Dillsburg, a brother, Harry R. Householder of York, four grandchildren, four step grandchildren, and four step great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Melva J. Fishel and a brother, Harlan G. Householder.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 11:00 AM, from the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 306 Harrisburg St., East Berlin, with the Rev. Gregory Wahlberg officiating. Burial will be in Biglerville Cemetery, Biglerville. A viewing will be held on Monday at the funeral home, from 10 AM until the time of the service.
