Marian V. (Huff) Hockensmith, 87, died Monday, August 20, 2018, at her residence.  She was the wife of the late Paul E. Hockensmith, who died August 21, 2002.

Marian was born October 30, 1930, in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Nellie (Miller) Huff.

Marian is survived by two daughters, Paula E. Winland of New Oxford and Linda M. Miranda of Gettysburg, two sons, Rodney L. Hockensmith of Marysville, OH, and Larry E. Hockensmith of New Oxford, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, four brothers, Paul Huff and Earl Huff of New Oxford, Spencer Huff of Gettysburg, and Larry Huff of SC, and a sister, Nancy Yingling, of Littlestown.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Carol A. Young, a grandson, Shane D. Hockensmith, a sister, June Harman, and two brothers, Floyd and Jim Huff.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018, at 10 AM, at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Rev. Douglas C. Hahn officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens in Gettysburg.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 PM.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
