LTC (ret) Gary Ronald Bill, 88, of New Oxford, PA, passed away on December 17, 2018 at home.

Gary was born in Westerly, RI, to Hoxsie B. and Zuma H. Bill.  He graduated from Stonington High School in Stonington, CT, and the University of Rhode Island.  Gary served as an Army Transportation Officer for 26 years: including 3 tours in Vietnam.  He later worked for Virginia International Terminals.  Gary and his wife Janet lived in Newport News, VA for more than 40 years and moved to New Oxford, PA in 2014.

Gary was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Janet L. Bill.  He is survived by his twin sister, Gayla B. Gomena, of Lake Oswego, OR; by children Gary F. Bill (Suzanne) of Yorktown, VA, Janet B. Martin (George) of Middletown, MD, and Barbara B. Pinocci (Paul) of Herndon, VA; grandchildren Scott Bill, Karen Thomas, Michelle DiOrio, Janet Brandenburg, Katherine Menso, Carson Hafer, Hannah Pinocci and Connor Pinocci; and great grandchildren Hudson Bill, Mary Harriett Bill, and Campbell Menso.
