Kevin L. Livelsberger, 41, passed Sunday, December 29, 2024, at his home.  He was the husband of Stacy M. (Hubbard) Livelsberger.

Kevin was born October 18, 1983, in Hanover, the son of Lisa A. (Rutters) Festerman of New Oxford, and Stephen A. Livelsberger, Sr of New Oxford.

Kevin was a long-term employee at L&S Formless Curb, and enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, riding his motorcycle, campfires and his animals.

In addition to his wife and parents, Kevin is survived by a daughter, Savanna M. Hubbard of Fairfield, a son, Kolby L. Livelsberger of New Oxford, a brother, Stephen A. Livelsberger, II of New Oxford, a sister, Erin P. Bollinger of New Oxford, his maternal grandfather, Donald L. Rutters of York, three nieces, Cailey, Carley and Vera, and a nephew, Caleb.  He was predeceased by a cousin, Chad Livelsberger, his paternal grandparents, Robert and Miriam Livelsberger, his maternal grandmother, Sally Rutters, and uncle, Dale Rutters, and his maternal step grandmother, Nancy Rutters.
