The description above is a snapshot of Kermie's life, but the description that most represents his life and has left an ongoing legacy for those privileged to know him centers on his heart of kindness, generosity, willingness to set aside his agenda to help others, and his good humor and welcoming demeanor which made people feel "at home." Kermie was well liked, and his attentiveness to people instilled trust and safety. Many life stories are enriched because of his expressions of sacrificial and unconditional love.
