Kenneth E. Markle, 85, passed Monday, November 27, 2023, at UPMC York Hospital.  He was the husband of Martha G. (Laughman) Markle, his wife of 63 years.

Kenneth was born January 21, 1938, in Biglerville, the son of the late Russel and Helen (Myers) Markle.

Kenneth served in the U.S. Navy as a radar technician, and was a member of York Rifleman's Association.  He started K&M Services, reloading tools and equipment, which he operated for 30 years, and had six different patens for his own designs. He enjoyed hunting, traveling, and spending time at the cabin in Potter Co.

In addition to his wife Martha, Kenneth is survived by a sister, Peggy A. Eckert of York.  He was predeceased by two sons, Jeffrey A. and Duane E. Markle.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 11 AM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 306 Harrisburg St, East Berlin.  Burial will be in Mummert's Church Cemetery, Abbottstown.  Viewings will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 6-8 PM, and on Monday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
