Kelly L. Elicker, 62, passed Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at The Gardens at Gettysburg.

Kelly was born July 31, 1963, in Hanover, the daughter of the late Carl W. and June M. (Leib) Elicker.

Kelly is survived by a son, Cory A. Hansford of Gettysburg, a daughter, Brittany L. Hansford of Gettysburg, three grandchildren, five sisters; Susan E. Cromer of Glenville, Carol P. Wilson of New Oxford, Ronna J. Farley of York, Karen L. Rambo of Mt. Joy, and Lisa A. Elicker and her husband Gordon Strawsburg of Gardners, three brothers; Stephen E. Elicker and his wife Barb of Hanover, Jamie A. MacAvoy and his companion Neal Kling of New Oxford, and Jody A. MacAvoy and his wife Ginny of New Oxford, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  She was predeceased by a sister, Marsha Ann Elicker and a brother, Carl W. "Turtle" Elicker, II.

Following cremation, a celebration of Kelly's life will be held on Saturday September 27, 2025, at 11 AM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.  A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 AM until the service.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
