Keith B. Monn, 61, passed Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at his home.

Keith was born January 14, 1962, in Hagerstown, MD, the son of the late Jacob A. Monn, Sr, and the late Evelyn C. (Walling) Billig.

Keith is survived by two sons, Joshua A. Monn of Glen Burnie, MD and Kenny G. Monn of Front Royal, VA, a daughter, Dianemarie E. Monn of Pasadena, MD, four grandchildren, Mac, Abby, Darell and Vinnie, his ex-wife, Marie K. Monn of Glen Burnie, MD, two brothers, Jacob A. Monn, Jr, and Greg Monn, and his stepfather, Richard Billig of Biglerville.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 1-3 PM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.  Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Aid Society, 343 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, PA 17350.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
