Julie L. (Pifer) Waggoner, 56, passed Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at her home.

Julie was born January 21, 1969, in Hanover, the daughter of James W. and Joan L. (Hoover) Pifer of Myerstown.

Julie was a member of Bermudian Church-Covenant Brethren in East Berlin and worked for WellSpan York Hospital and OSS.

In addition to her parents, Julie is survived by a daughter, Olivia G. Waggoner of East Berlin, two sisters, Anita Ocker of Chambersburg and Wendy Martin of Myerstown, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 11 AM, at Upper Conewago Brethren Church, 391 Mummert’s Church Rd, Abbottstown, with Kenneth Nell and Dwayne Schildt officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewings will be held at the church on Tuesday from 6-8 PM, and Wednesday from 10 AM until the time of the service.
