John C. Buelow, 72, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Promedica Center in York.

John was born February 6, 1950 in Little Valley, NY, the son of the late Herman and Mary Buelow.

John retired from Eisenhart Wallcovering. He loved his job and spoke highly of his friend Forry Eisenhart. John will be missed by so many people, but his family at Cross Keys Motor Inn will miss him the most. Even though John was handicapped, he was always seen outside on his scooter. He loved the outdoors, where he loved doing things like picking up the trash, trying to push snow, and playing private investigator. Everyone at Cross Keys looked after John. He always said," the day he called from a rehab facility, looking for a place to live, when Cross Keys told him they would accommodate him, that was the best day of his life". John lived at Cross Keys for over 8 years.

John is survived by a sister, Joanne Coustenis of Hinsdale, NY, and a dear cousin Elaine Folkes of Arizona.
