Jo C. Zartman, 71, passed Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at her home.

Jo was born September 24, 1952, in Abbottstown, the daughter of the late George W. and Jeannie D. (Altland) Zartman, Jr.

Jo is survived by a son, Matthew Z. Moulton and his wife April, of Hanover, a daughter, Sarah B. Moulton of Abbottstown, four grandchildren, a sister, Jennifer K. Miller and her husband William of Abbottstown, and a brother, Ted W. Zartman and his wife Susan of Aspers.
