Jeffrey A. Jackson, 65, passed Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at his home.  He was the life partner of Wayne Singer.

Jeff was born June 25, 1958, in Baltimore, MD, the son of the late Charles E. and Barbara E. (Hape) Jackson

In addition to Wayne, Jeff is survived by a sister, Brenda D. Covington and her husband Stephen of Westminster, MD, and a niece, Vickie Green of Ocean City, MD.  He was predeceased by a sister, Barbara A. "Bonnie" Smith.
