Janet (Hoffheins) Howe, 93, passed Friday, January 2, 2026, at Paramount Senior Living, Fayetteville. She was the wife of the late G. Fred Howe, who passed October 27, 2006.

Janet was born December 5, 1932, in Hanover, the daughter of the late Elmer and Gertrude (Bolden) Hoffheins.

Janet was a member of St. Paul’s U.C.C. in New Oxford, and the Gettysburg Elks.

Janet is survived by two daughters, Linda M. Brent-Heenan and her husband Brent of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Barbara A. Wagner and her husband Paul of Mechanicsburg, two sons, Barry L. Howe and his wife Connie of New Oxford, and Ronald J. Howe and his wife Michele of Gettysburg, eight grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Elmer Hoffheins, and two sisters, Nadine Stock and Gladys Raubesnstine.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11 AM, at Feiser Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Pastor Christian Cole officiating. Burial will be private. Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
