James A. Young, Jr, 64, passed Saturday, April 12, 2025, at his home.

Jim was born September 19, 1960, in Franklin Co., PA, the son of Betty (Shetler) Schafer of Mercersburg, and the late James A. Young, Sr.

Jim was a member of East Berlin V.F.W.

In addition to his mother Betty, Jim is survived by a son, James A. Young, III, a daughter, Lauren N. Young of East Berlin, three grandchildren, Gabriel Young, Sofie Young and Lakyn Trace-Baylor, his fiancé, Crystal J. Bussard of East Berlin, two sisters, Tammy Young of Williamson and Kim Young of Mercersburg, and a half-brother, Travis Young of Cocoa, FL.
