Irma E. (Vega) Lighty, 63, died Thursday, April 5, 2018, at her residence.  She was the wife of Michael C. Lighty, her husband of 25 years.

Irma was born April 15, 1954, in Manhattan, NY, the daughter of the late Jose J. and Juana (Rivera) Vega.

In addition to her husband Michael, Irma is survived by a daughter, Desiree Carmona of Chicago, IL, a stepdaughter, Melanie Jones of Yardley, a stepson, Curtus Lane of Omaha, NE, three grandchildren, two sisters and a brother.  She was predeceased by a brother.
