Ingrid M. (Czapp) Luckenbaugh, 83, passed Friday, October 6, 2023, at UPMC Hanover Hospital.  She was the wife of the late James L. Luckenbaugh.

Ingrid was born December 28, 1939, in Danzig, Germany, the daughter of the late Kurt F. and Elizabeth (Boike) Czapp.

Ingrid was an active member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Oxford, where she was a member of the Rosary Society and the Marion Oxfordites.  She retired from L.I.U., was a former president of the local AARP, and was a member of the Hummel Association.

Ingrid is survived by a daughter, Gloria A. Luckenbaugh of New Oxford, a grandson, Nicholas J. Luckenbaugh and his wife Laura of Manhattan, NY, a brother, Michael Czapp of TX, and a son-in-law, Joseph R. "Jay" Robinson of New Oxford.  She was predeceased by two daughters, Victoria E. Luckenbaugh and Grace M. Robinson, a sister, Eva Neiderer, and a brother, Norbert Czapp.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 10 AM, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 106 Carlisle St, New Oxford, with Rev. Keith Carroll officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with prayers at 8 PM.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
