I. Loretta Grim

I. Loretta (Albright) Grim, 97, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at her residence. She was the wife of Dr. B.H. Grim, her husband of 73 years, who died January 5, 2012.
Loretta was born April 16, 1919, in East Berlin, the daughter of the late Guy W. and Zeta K. (Kahlbaugh) Albright.
Loretta is survived by her children, Christine E. Little, Carole G. Zinn, Steve Grim, Margaret G. Staub, J. Michael Grim of East Berlin, Monica R. Weaver, John J. Grim, Loretta "Peach" Redding, Catherine L. Kopp of Manheim, Charles S. Grim, and Nevin A. Grim; 32 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Philip Grim and a daughter, Dr. Cecelia Sarbaugh.
Following cremation, a memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 12 noon at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 6084 W. Canal Rd, Abbottstown, with Rev. Timothy Marcoe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
