Herbert J. Parsley, Jr, 62, passed Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia.  He was the husband of the late Diana K. (Hartlaub) Parsley, who passed April 21, 2023.

Herb was born December 2, 1962, in Baltimore, MD, the son of the late Herbert J. Parsley, Sr, and the late Lee and Kathleen (Higgins) Carnes.

Herb is survived by two sons, Joshua L. Parsley and his wife Brooke of Hanover, and Justin A. Parsley and his wife Ashley of Hanover, and a daughter, Jessica N. Parsley of Hanover, 10 grandchildren, Dominic, Izayah, Mason, Aubree, Logan, Kynlee, Jayden, Cole, Liam and Dawson, a sister, Kim Miller and her husband Kirk, and a brother, Richard Parsley and his companion Sherry..

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 7 PM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with John Winand officiating.  Burial will be private.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 5 PM until the time of the service.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
