Harry T. Shultz, Sr, 75, died Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at his residence. He was the husband of Barbara A. (McDannell) Shultz, his wife of more than 50 years, who died December 23, 2012.
Harry was born March 3, 1942, in Orrtanna, the son of the late Glenn and Rhoda (Wilt) Shultz.
Harry was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Lake Marburg Congregation, Hanover, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Phillies fan.
Harry is survived by four daughters, Julie McIntosh of New Oxford, Pamela Miller and her husband, Thomas of McSherrystown, Cindy Shultz of Abbottstown, and Jackie Widman and her husband, Geoff of Chesterfield, Va.; a son, Harry T. Shultz, Jr and his wife, Jeannie of Hanover; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five sisters, Ruthie, Janet, Judy, Patti and Barbie; and two brothers, Glenn and Richard.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016, at 4 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5 Paradise Ct, Hanover, with Nathan Daughtery officiating.
