H. Jeane (Stulman) Harkins, 78, passed Monday, October 23, 2023, at her home.  She was the wife of the late Brice Harkins, who passed May 9, 2001.

Jeane was born November 18, 1944, in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late Seymore E. and Helene S. (Braffman) Stulman.

Jeane was employed for 42 years at Jones Lighting Specialist in Lutherville, MD, attended of Faith Christian Fellowship in East Berlin, and was a member of New Oxford Area Historical Society.  She also raised and showed Brittany Spaniels.

Jeane is survived by a brother, Louis Stulman and his wife Kate of Baltimore, MD, and her close friend, Annette M. Eberhardinger of Hanover.  She was predeceased by a sister, Rhona L. Stulman

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 11 AM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Pastor Joe Stephani officiating.  Burial will be in New Oxford Cemetery.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association of Greater PA, 2595 Interstate Dr, Ste 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
