Gisela C. (Lorenz) Koleszar, 80, passed Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at The Brethren Home Community. She was the wife of Frank W. Koleszar, her husband of 58 years.

Gisela was born August 20, 1945, in Cranzahl, Germany, the daughter of the late Arno M. and Hildegard E. (Thanert) Lorenz.

Gisela was a former member of Reston Bible Church in Reston, VA, and was a member of Calvary Bible Church in Hanover and European Christian Mission International.

In addition to her husband Frank, Gisela is survived by two sons, Steven L. Koleszar and his wife Amy of Lovettsville, VA, and Stanley L. Koleszar and his wife Laura of Woodstock, CT, and nine grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11 AM, at Calvary Bible Church, 603 Wilson Ave, Hanover, with Pastor Jason White officiating. There will be no viewing, however, the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 AM until the time of the service. Burial will be on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to kingdomrain.org.
