Gail L. (Boone) Funk, 63, died Monday, October 1, 2018 at Gettysburg Hospital.  She was the wife of William C. Funk, her husband of 39 years.

Gail was born July 30, 1955, in Abbottstown, the daughter of the late Ora W. and Hazel M. (Beamer) Boone.

Gail was a graduate of Bermudian Springs High School.

In addition to her husband Bill, Gail is survived by a son, Billy J. Funk of New Oxford, two brothers, Randy Boone of NY, and Daniel Boone of New Oxford, and three sisters, Connie Boyd of Littlestown, and Peggy Boone and Francis Boone, both of Abbottstown.  She was predeceased by two sisters, Linda and Shelby Jean.
