Gabriella E. Talpas, 68, of Abbottstown, died Sunday, July 29, 2018, at her residence.

Gabriella was born March 12, 1950, in Hungary, the daughter of the late Zulton and Elizabeth Talpas.

Gabriella was a social worker with the Migrant Education Program through the State of PA, where she helped many with education, employment and obtaining U.S. citizenship.

Gabriella is survived by two sons, Luis Talpas and his wife Ainslee of New Oxford, and Steve M. Talpas and his wife Stephanie of Abbottstown, five grandchildren, Amber Sanchez, Christian Talpas, Brandon Talpas and his companion Brooke Sheffer, Alexis Talpas, and Cody Talpas, and five great grandchildren, Alicia Sanchez, Jorge Sanchez, Odalis Sanchez, Sophia Talpas, and Liam Talpas.

Following cremation, a visitation will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018, from 6-8 PM at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.  Burial will be private.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Adams Co.
