Frances L. (Chisum) Bloomer, 94, died Sunday, May 6, 2018, at The Brethren Home Community.  She was the wife of the late Charles L. Bloomer, who died in June 1993.

Frances was born February 28, 1924, in Wilbarger Co., TX, the daughter of the late Dorcey W. and Aula M. (Frazier) Chisum.

Frances was a life member of the V.F.W. in AZ.

Frances is survived by a stepson, Charles W. Bloomer of Black Canyon City, AZ, a son, John H. Skelley of Wickenburg, AZ, a daughter, Sherida S. Brewer of New Oxford, a stepson, Charles L. Bloomer of Woodbridge, VA, a son, Michael K. Brewer of Black Canyon City, AZ, a daughter, Darcy K. Brewer of New Oxford, 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and two sisters, Carlene Kennedy of Goodyear, AZ, and June Ebbet of KY.  She was predeceased by a son, Kevin C. Brewer, two brothers, Walter and Dorman Chisum, and two grandchildren, Chance B. and Donald E. Amos.
