Eugene R. Baugher of New Oxford, PA. entered into eternal rest on May 22, 2026 at the Brethren Home. Born August 12, 1944, he was the son of the late Eva & Ervin Baugher. He was the devoted husband of Mary Ann (Mayer) Baugher for 61 years. He will be greatly missed by his son Mitch Baugher and wife Gwen of New Oxford, PA. and his son Mike Baugher of Lewisberry, PA. He was the proudest “Pappy” to his grandson Chase Baugher and granddaughter Paige Baugher, both of Dallastown. He is also survived by his siblings Kenneth Baugher and wife Pat of California, Diane Ledford and husband Farrell of Glenville, PA., Larry Baugher and wife Cindy of York-New Salem, PA. and many nieces and nephews.

Eugene worked in the trucking industry for many years and he retired from the Teamsters Union in 2003. He was a life member of the New Oxford Social Club.

He enjoyed antiques, snowmobiling, watching NASCAR and going out to eat with his many good friends. He was a car enthusiast all of his life. He attended many local car shows, where he displayed his prized Henry J. His happiest moments were when he was with his beloved family.
