Elvin F. Marshall, 94, of East Berlin, died Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at his residence.  He was the husband of the late Lucy R. (Giorella) Marshall, who died in October 1996.

Elvin was born May 4, 1923, in Newark, NJ, the son of the late Robert and Stella (Ihrig) Marshall, Jr.

Elvin served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, and was employed by the N.I.H. in Bethesda, MD.

Elvin is survived by a daughter, Debra L. Carey of East Berlin, three grandchildren, Lisa Muhiudin, Jessica Carey and Mark Carey, and three great grandchildren, Ryan, Saadan and Annie.  He was predeceased by a brother, George Marshall and two sisters, Marion Kerr and Dorothy Federline.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at 11 AM at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.  Burial will be private.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
