Ellen M. (Wolford) Livingston, 69, passed Monday, March 17, 2025, at her home.

Ellen was born July 5, 1955, in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late Albert L. and Alice I. (McFaulds) Wolford.

Ellen was a life member of Irishtown Fire Company.

Ellen is survived by two sons, Shawn M. Rhodes of Myton, UT, and James R. Rhodes of Abbottstown, a daughter, Shannon L. Strausbaugh and her husband Jeffrey of Hanover, six grandchildren, Ryker Rhodes, Allison Rhodes, Lucas Rhodes, Taylor Rhodes, Logan Strausbaugh and Riley Strausbaugh, a brother, Albert Wolford of Gettysburg, and a sister, Robyn Rhodes of Fairfield.  She was predeceased by a brother, Gary Wolford and a sister, Cheryl Rotz.
